The laboratory serves as a vital resource for graduate students enrolled in both the master's and doctoral programs within the Department of Physics, along with research fellows from the Department of Physics and the Faculty of Science. The laboratory contains advanced computers dedicated to performing the complex calculations necessary to study the physical properties of compounds and alloys, including various structures such as perovskite, Half-and-Full Heusler, and other cubic and hexagonal structures. Furthermore, the laboratory provides a unique capability . to study compounds under high pressure. In addition to its computational capabilities, the laboratory serves as an instructional space where various courses related to computational condensed matter physics are conducted, offering students practical insights into this specialized field.
